Many of us are looking for a more proportionate work/life balance and an opportunity to decrease stress and increase our natural immunity by immersing ourselves in nature. Each of our bespoke retreats is an exclusive, Eden-like, rural setting.
We travel in – not through – the landscape on hikes, bikes, runs, paddle boards, kayaks, barefoot or however you like to move, using the latest sports science to support your body as it strengthens. We specialise in cycling escapes with professional triathletes and Ironmen leading the peloton, and wellness programmes that specifically support the discipline.
We believe in ‘travel’ as opposed to ‘tourism’ so we work with local experts and hosts to make sure your experience is immersed in the culture of your destination, from chefs cooking with seasonal produce from local artisans to massage therapists using oils that are scented from your surroundings.

We also believe in giving back to the local community by employing local practitioners and hope that by doing all this and more, we keep our ‘climate shadow’ to a minimum. Post-pandemic, we are even more aware of travelling mindfully and with gratitude.
